This past week I attended three WAM! meetings and the topic of discussion was ten year goals.
Again, the first thing I discovered was that most people didn’t have one. Most did have a 2021 goal though. From my perspective, most of the one year goals were unrealistic or even unattainable and I don’t think anyone truly believed they would achieve them. I assume the goals were made just to appease those that ask for these goals.
Sitting down with a new client I met online this week he expressed to me that he wanted to quit his job and coach full time. When I asked when, he had no answer. He had no plan on how it was going to happen, he just wanted it. Within an hour I was able to help him set some goals and create a plan to achieve them. He left actually believing that he could do it and with a plan that clearly outlined what he needed to do in order to see it through.
Where do you fall in this scenario? Are you making goals at all? Are you making short term goals and not achieving them? Would you like to define your true success and create a plan to actually achieve it? If so, join us tomorrow, Tuesday December 8th, from 5:30pm until 7:00pm and work together with some of your peers, people like you, and see if you can help others as they are helping you. Just message or email me for the login information. Meetings are limited to 8 in each one so if you aren’t able to get in this one we will help you to get in another.
