Part of my goals this year is to enjoy the outdoors even more. I began this week with a visit to the George Washington National Park in Augusta county Virginia where I enjoyed some quiet time sitting next to a creek, a small campfire, a little night hike and a lot of thinking. A little break in the rain on Saturday allowed enough time to drive over and hike up Seneca Rocks in West Virginia. That was amazing! Exploring along the ridge on top was scary but well worth the views.
I had a great one on one session with a client last week during which time we were able to create a plan for him in which he now actually can achieve and that will help him get even closer to his big goals. Part of this included a lot of work on his time management, making sure that he actually put his plan into place and that he sticks with it. The best part for me was to watch him go from coming in frustrated and confused to watch him walk out excited, driven and clearly seeing what he needs to do. I know he is going to do big things.
This week I am looking for more one on one opportunities. If you would like to join me at the gym, cigar lounge, restaurant, coffee shop, on the trail or have another idea and want to surprise me, just reach out and we’ll set it up.
Have a fantastic week my friends!
