Well that was a busy week! I began the week attending the board meeting and then dinner with the West Richmond Businessmen’s Association. Even though I had to dress up 🙂 I had a great time.
I took on a project helping a friend install new garage doors. I thought I would be slick and try to use a lot of the old hardware and that one backfired on me. I did get it done though.
Thursday I was able to finally go golfing with my brother and his wife and the weather was perfect. I then got an invite from two of my old high school classmates to play again on Sunday and just couldn’t turn that down. Guess what I’m doing today? lol Playing golf again.
In between all of that I was able to spend a lot of time with my dad, worked on the golf tournament some more and worked on an upcoming presentation for a new entrepreneurs event.
On a not so fun note I have been sadly reminded too many times in the past six weeks of why I focus so much on enjoying life and so little on material things. In that short period of time I have seen way too many people leave us. Those fancy cars, big houses and cool clothes will be worthless and forgotten. I want experiences and memories.
Knock something off your bucket list and let me know about it.
