I am really going to miss summer this year. Monday, I enjoyed another day of golfing with friends at Viniterra. Tuesday I spent outside helping a friend with some repairs at her house and then swam and had dinner and drinks poolside. Wednesday and Thursday I had to tend to my father who wasn’t feeling too well but after he recovered the weather was great on Friday and I played another round of golf at Belmont. Saturday I took Dad to Outback and a movie and then spent the evening at Billy and Marie’s enjoying drinks and cigars by the bonfire. Sunday I was outside all day finishing up at my friends house.
This week is the last week of September so I am going to try again to spend as much time outside as I can. Tomorrow and Wednesday I’m going golfing and I am going to do some painting this week at my mother in laws. Want to go fishing, kayaking, swimming, hiking or something else outdoors? Just let me know!
In between all of the fun I am still working on next week’s golf tournament. We have just about completed everything with the prizes, food, drinks, beer, raffle items and games but we do still need a few more golfers to make sure we raise as much money as we can for Beacon Tree Foundation. If you know any small businesses looking for opportunities to give back and show off their businesses or any golfers just looking for another fun day, please introduce me to them right away.
I hope you have a great week and that you get outside!
