Roger Braswell is an ICF certified leadership and small business coach at Mulligan Makers, a company he started based on his own life experiences. The company philosophy is that everyone deserves a “do-over”, a second chance to overcome the obstacles in their way and create a clear pathway to their greatest goals. Roger combines the wisdom gained from over 35 years of diverse career and business experience with the passion to help every client live the life they’ve imagined. Roger has worked with small business owners, career focused leaders, individuals in transition, and teams with a common interest.
Roger obtained his ICF certification at George Mason University through the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well Being program. Roger became a member of the Federal Coaching Network, a new organization developed through OPM to provide in-house coaching to senior government executives. Roger served on active duty in the US Navy and completed his military career in the Army National Guard, retiring in 2021 with 24 years total service. Roger’s civilian background includes experience working in the trades, inside sales, outside sales, federal government, and business ownership in the advertising industry. Roger’s latest venture is becoming a partner in the WAM association of business escalation groups.
Roger serves the community as the 2021-22 president of the Rotary Club of Powhatan, is an active member of American Legion Post 354, and volunteers with ICF Virginia. A life-long resident of the Richmond area, Roger lives in Powhatan and enjoys golf despite his less-than-impressive scores!
