First, I hope that you will take a moment today to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in military service for our United States of America. As a veteran myself, I always appreciate those thanking me for my service, however, today is not the day for that. While all of those who joined took an oath to make the ultimate sacrifice, I’m glad we have a day to honor those who actually did.
On a lighter side, I had another great week. The highlight was my wife’s 50th birthday party. While our big party we had planned shut down with everything else, we managed to sneak a few friends to the park and have a little private party. For her birthday, I gave her a covered pergola on our back porch. It has been all framed up and painted and the roof should go on tomorrow.
Monday I played The Manor in Farmville, today I’m playing Brookwood in New Kent and on Thursday I will be at Brickshire in New Kent. Talk about being grateful, being able to control my own schedule is one of the things I am most grateful for. Entrepreneurship comes with many battles but a time clock isn’t one of them.
The WAM! Meetings continue to get better and better and even more productive. As the members in each meeting feel more comfortable and are willing to be more vulnerable, real situations are being addressed and great solutions are arising. Seeing people becoming even more successful, makes it all worth it.
Speaking of WAM!, please make sure to check out the member spotlight this week, Sean Hamon, and then the tip of the week he has offered.
Have a great week!
