Even with all of that rain I was able to get in three rounds of golf last week. I played the newly renovated Belmont course twice. Belmont is right around the corner from my home, an amazing practice facility and the course itself is in great shape. With it now being 12 holes I can complete a round in about two and half hours. I will probably be playing there a lot now. I also played Stonehouse in Toano. They were closed for several years and it may have been as many as six or seven years since I had played it and it did not disappoint. This course is worth it if not just for the views, the rides along the miles of meandering cart paths and the deer on the course. To top it off though, the course is amazing. Difficult but with huge fairways and equally spectacular greens. Here are two of the par threes. Want to golf with us?
Yesterday cooled down just a little bit and offered a great opportunity for a cookout and our friends put on an awesome one for us.
Do you like zip lines? I have four guys so far going down to Saluda, North Carolina in a couple weeks to check out the longest, steepest and fastest zip line in the United States. They also have a course that includes additional zip lines, repelling, walking on suspended rope bridges and more. If that interests you let me know, the more the merrier.
All in all, I’m enjoying life and enjoy helping others to achieve their success. I also enjoy watching people in business helping each other and there are two WAM! meetings this week during which this will happen.
I haven’t spoke about WAM! much lately but with the house completed and me not going away for the whole summer I do look forward to being able to attend more of these meetings myself. I’m going to share a little more about this in the tip of the week.
I hope you have a great week.
