On Saturday night my daughter made the comment “Who even needs a calendar right now? There’s really nothing to do.” I couldn’t stop laughing; I’m busier than ever right now.
On Monday, I completed a small patio project for a friend. Went and picked up my father and took him out to his friends in Louisa. On Tuesday, I had two WAM! Meetings, two phone meetings and a session with a new coaching client. On Wednesday, I ran some errands, had three phone appointments and attended the Team Adrenaline workout. On Thursday, I went out in the truck with a client who has no employees as his laborer for the day. I was pretty proud of how well I was able to keep up. All the exercise is paying off. On Friday, I was able to join friends at Mill Quarter Plantation for a round of golf. I hadn’t played there in over twenty years and I was pleasantly surprised with the course. After leaving, I had two phone appointments and a session with a client that owns a construction company.
Saturday I ran errands and visited the South of the James Farmers Market, which is currently in Bryan Park. I ended the day celebrating my granddaughter’s third birthday in Newport News. I returned to Team Adrenaline for another workout on Sunday morning and then spent the remainder of the day hanging out with my father and helping him with the landscaping at his house.
